I really like these Lutein gummies. Not only do they taste good, tropical, like a light tangerine-ish flavor, but they're sugar free & also contain Omega 3, Vitamin C, D, & E, Bilberry, Gogi, Saffron & Grape seed extract & Selenium & Zinc. That's a lot of good for you stuff in one easy to chew gummy. I regularly take Lutein to help w/my eyesight, but these added nutrients means Iess other supplements to swallow. It's a win-win!

Lutein supplements may be helpful for eye health. This lutein supplement also contains selenium, vitamin C, zinc, and some extracts that make it more of a multi-vitamin. The gummies aren't too sweet or too sticky. They taste really good, with a mild grapefruit flavor. Note that the serving suggestion is 1 to 4 gummies per day. Each gummy contains 50 mcg, 91% of the RDA of selenium, which is something to use with caution. 400 mcg if you take the full serving of 4 per day is getting into the risky zone for selenium, which per my understand is 400 to 800 (900 is getting to poisoning levels). So just be careful if you take other vitamins to make sure you are not exceeding selenium recommendations. Read your labels!

Ive been taking supplements to support eye health, for many years, and this gummy is the most complete, that Ive found. Not only does it contain a good amount of lutein and zeaxanthin, but it also provides omega-3 fatty acids, bilberry, goji berry, saffron, and grape seed extract, along with vitamins and minerals. I love the grapefruit flavor. Theyre sweet, but not overly sweet. Theyre also sweetened with xylitol, which is plant based, and healthy for your teeth. The gummies are soft, easy to chew, and I havent had any digestive issues or adverse effects with them. I really appreciate that they dont contain any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Theyre non-GMO, sugar free, made in a GMP (good manufacturing practices) facility, and made in the USA. They dont expire for two years, and there are enough gummies for a 2 month supply. The price is very reasonable for all of the great nutrients they provide. It takes at least a few weeks to start seeing benefits from supplements like this. I plan to continue taking them daily, and hope to see improvement with my eye health. I highly recommend this supplement.

Exactly the amount of Lutein recommended by my ophthalmologist plus I'm loving the 2:1 Ratio of EPA & DHA. The plastic, screw-lid jar came with the expected peel off foil backed freshness/safety seal which was affixed well yet easy to remove. A well attached safety seal is definitely important to me. The gummies are Grapefruit flavor and are neither stale nor sticky and a really pretty color. I cut one in half and the 'liquid' center seen in the product photos is NOT liquid and no pocket for liquid exists - just a darker colored dot in the middle of a solid gummy. One a day means you will receive a 60 day supply which makes this product on point for pricing. I just started taking this product - so far so good for any type of negative reaction.

This is good when it's what's advertised, but I got shipped a version that listed different ingredients -- no Xylitol but sweetened with Stevia. Be warned.
