I swim around in the pool with this brush and brush the hard to reach places and plus its added exercise and its fun. I put on my goggles and brush all around the pool.

My son has an unheated pool at his house in Tucson. The filter driven scrubber cannot reach the corners and algae can get a foothold there in the winter/offseason. He has a brush (pictured) but the arms are somewhat long which does not allow for good leverage when trying to scrub the corners. His brush also does not pivot (90 degrees). I ordered this SWIMLINE corner brush and I am delighted in the performance. Some have complained that you can only brush a small area at a time but they are missing the point. This is not for broad flat areas. This is a specialty tool for corners and curves. I like the fact that it has more and longer bristles than my son's straight brush. They are soft enough to flex a bit but firm enough to go into the small cavities of the rough finish. I have to admit that I took a few photos for this review and then got all motivated and ended up scrubbing every curve in the pool! My son owes me! When I finished, I located a couple of bristles floating on the surface but I suppose that would be expected during the first use. If there is a continued problem, I will edit my review. The price point just shy of $15 is very fair for this super-effective tool. Easy five stars in my book.

I actually got this for scrubbing my bathtub. The curved part of the brush is perfect for the curves in the tub and I really like how the head swivels 90 degrees. Makes cleaning the sides of the tub really convenient. While I have used this as a handheld brush thus far, I'm considering getting a pole to make cleaning even easier. Bristles are nice and stiff, gets rid of soap scum easily.

So I think there are a couple things to take away from this. I gave it 4 stars because it fits what I need which is a curved surface for all the curvatures of my pool. The reason why I took away a star is because you really don't realize exactly how small this brush is. I think your main use case here is if there is a corner that you really need to hit so you switch out your normal brush for this small one and then rapidly switch back when brushing other areas again.

At first I was a bit shocked at the size, its a bit small but than tried it out. Cleaning the pools splash pad and stairs has never been easier. The bigger pool brush always misses the corners and I just feel like I am scratching the pool service with the brush trying to get to dirt particles. This brush is plastic, firm bristles that get the job done. My pool is always in use year round and with the heat, weather the pool picks up alot of small particles. I have detached it from the pole and used it while in the pool to get under the edge and scrub the tile line. Multi use and its a game changer.
