I got the large one with multiple pieces. Everything fits together like it should, it does NOT come apart unexpectedly like some people are saying. Use common sense and make sure your o-rings are in place, and make sure its actually closed. Very easy to use, looks great. It will hold 3-4 of most capsule sizes, but you may have problems holding tablets any bigger than a standard amlodipine.
