This pendant is small enough that it doesn't look like it's hollow or would contain anything within. The space inside, while small, is enough for one medium sized capsule or a few smaller sized pills. Good detail, and the materials of the pendant, carabiner, and included necklace are good.
The KCFEV titanium small pill box is a bit smaller than I thought it was going to be. I also thought that there would be separate compartments, but I realize now that that's part of the design for it to look more like a necklace. I got this so that I would be able to carry dramamine with me on travels. Pros: - Multiple options for carrying the pill case with you - as a necklace (which I feel like it's more of a masculine style necklace), or a keychain (it comes with a ring attachment) - There are 2 additional silicone O-Rings that come in the package that I've stored in the small ziploc case that the pill container came with because otherwise I feel like I would lose it - Sleek all black look, with the matted bamboo style container itself - The necklace feels like it's made of good quality where it wouldn't get snagged on your clothing Cons: - It's just one container with no separate compartments - O-Ring can get a bit loose, it was coming undone as I was removing the cap, but I'm not sure if they made it like that so that it would be easy to replace
