So far so good

in the last decade I've tried just about every type of bunion reducer available. Compared to the ones that fit between your toes but do not cover your footpad, these are softer. The spacers are also not very large. Because they are softer and the spacers are smaller I can wear these under socks in my shoes all day at work. At the end of the day when I take them off and look at my feet the toes look like they are shifting back to where they are supposed to be. I think the constant stretching causes the foot muscles to work properly. If your bunions are quite advanced you may eventually need something with wider spacing, but this would be a good start. If you've been working on healing your bunions for a while you might find these useful to keep your hard earned work aligned. Some reviewers have noted these tear easily. I haven't owned them long enough to comment on that.

They seem to help

I bought these because my new hockey skates were starting to cause a bunions at the base of my big toe. I tried multiple solutions with hockey shops to try and fix it with no luck. These seem to work perfectly. It provides just enough cushion to protect my foot where I need it. Definitely recommend.

Good material and fesigh for toes separators but creates pain in other parts of my foot

After wearing it for six hours my entire sole of my feet was inflamed and in moderate pain. I guess this design is not meant for people with plantar facsilitis issues.

I think these would work if used on a constant basis! Youd have to stick to the plan! I wanted my big toe to be separated further from the second next, and this has a slight spacer between the two, and theres actually a hole inside the rubber apparatus, The hole is about the size of a pencil and if you can find something to put through there thats solid, and it wont interfere with walking it can work and it will separate your toe further, and I found a piece of round cardboard from the inside of doggy waste bags. I am serious ,.. I cut a piece of the hard cardboard and it stays right there in place between the toes and I can wear shoes and everything with this device. You get a few in the pouch and theyre made well they dont fall apart on you! You can tell its working because your foot will start to feel the difference and maybe ache from using it for a couple hours so thats when I take it off and then wear it again the next day. its like training your foot all over again back to normal!
