At first it didnt want to stay on. I turned it to zero then incrementally turned it up till the flame was my desired size. Works like a champ. Hope it lasts.

This thing is awesome, I love that you can see the butane level in it because otherwise I never know if I've filled it enough. My only issue is the flame still goes for a second or two after you release the button, so it can waste a bit more butane than you need to. I use this to light my incense and candles, among other things ;)
