This transfer paper works really well and is very easy to use. I used it as internal label for miniature closing I made and printed these little tags on the transfer paper. The backing is white and not transparent, so you need to either cut out your prints precisely or in a shape that makes it look good on whatever you iron it on. Of course if you use it on dark shirts or fabrics, then the white backing is ideal to make your prints come through. And that works really well. Printing was super easy with a regular inkjet printer, but use the back tray for feeding the paper. The ironing part is also super easy and I loved the results.

So glad I got this! I usually only wear black or dark-colored shirts, and this Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl worked perfectly. Its much quicker than vinyl and offers greater design possibilities. Definitely a fantastic addition to my shirt design tools!

I've been getting into sublimation recently, and I'm having mixed success. On flat surfaces like t-shirts and bags, it works great. The image is transferred and the colors are vibrant. However, on surfaces that are irregular or have creases (think baseball cap), the transfer tends to leave gaps in the image or patterns on it that match the patterns beneath. The TranSmile PU-Heat Transfer Paper is for exactly this problem. The image is printed onto the paper, and then the paper acts like an old school iron transfer and sticks to the target. So rather than having micro gaps in the transferred image, you have micro gaps in the adhesion used to stick the image onto the target. In my experience, these gaps do not affect the transfer; the image stays on well and looks great. I've tried it on baseball caps so far, and I intend to see how it works on t-shirts that are not well-suited to sublimation (cotton, specifically). On the down side, the transferred image is not as robust as a sublimated image. With sublimated fabrics, I have no concerns throwing them into the washer and dryer; they hold up well. With iron-on transfers, you have to be much more careful when washing the fabric; you'll probably want to gently hand wash it in cold water and let air dry. Overall I've been very pleased with this transfer paper and I recommend it for surfaces that are not well suited for sublimation.

Orden el que trae para telas oscuras y telas claras. Y la verdad el de tela oscura es excelente. Lo utilic sobre blanco y qued genial. El de telas claras no me gust porque necesita imprimir en forma espejo y la calidad se pierde.
