These gummies are a blend of Turmeric, Ginger, and Black Pepper. I believe that the Black Pepper extract is included to help with absorption. Each gummy has 1 gram of sugar, they have an enjoyable orange flavor, and you can taste a hint of ginger. The resulting flavor is sweet, tart, and potent. There is apple puree in the ingredients list and that only seems to provide a full sweet flavor to these gummies. I take Turmeric regularly to assist with joint health. And while I won't speak to the effectiveness of these gummies, I can say that I enjoy the taste so much that I never miss a dose. And, there have been no problems with my stomach or any digestive issues when taking these. I am delighted with this product.
