I like it because I could really feel a difference in my sleeping pattern from the 2nd week of using it. I used to get up 3-4 times at night and after taking it I sleep without much interruption throughout the nigt. I would recommend this product.

I am on my third bottle/month of trying turmeric. I really can't tell you that I have had an improvement in my symptoms, which are back and knee related. Perhaps I am not the arthritic patient that would see results from this. However, the product is consistent in color and swallows easily if you don't think about it too much. I take three in the morning after some food and I was going to try three again at night but kept forgetting. Dosage on the bottle says three capsules twice a day and that is a very high mg dose. I notice no ill effects, diarrhea, stomach upset, etc. So it can't hurt for as little longer and the second bottle was free with a coupon that came with the first. I'll try another month....

I thought that I didn't need Turmeric/Curcumin because my joints had not bothered me for several years - the amount of time I was taking T/C. So, I decided to stop taking it - not just because I had no joint pain, but also because the brand I was using upset my stomach a bit. What a mistake...not only did my knees begin to ache, but places I didn't even know I had began throbbing. I did some research and discovered that the other ingredients in Farm Haven's T/C helped with absorption and stomach upset. Not only does Farm Haven's Turmeric/Curcumin work very well, but the company's PR is terrific. Really, try this...the only thing you might loose is the pain in your joints.
