Diindolylmethane - DIM is a hormone balancing supplement. This supplement also contains Broccoli powder, Kale powder, Black Pepper extract, rice flour and cellulose (capsule). The directions say to take 1 capsule daily with 8-12 oz of water or as directed by a physician. The company, Vitamatic, is based inthe United States, which is a plus for me. It is Non-GMO and none of the other additives you don't want. The pills are easy to swallow and have no after taste. I have not experienced any side effects. The price is reasonable. I definately recommend this supplement.

Has everything I expect but then improves absorption with black pepper ext. Theoretically you can stretch it to 120 days of use with one capsule so I can see it far exceeding its overall value. DIM for hormonal balance is and has been in my supplement regimen but because of the quality, it's a no brainer for me to keep year round.

From what I read, Dim is supposed to help your body increase good estrogen production while suppressing the production of bad estrogen. Im trying to balance out my hormones and I started taking this at a more sensitive time in my cycle. I immediately noticed improvement of mood and energy. Im a bit more sensitive and tend to feel shifts from supplements right away. This light not be the same for everyone. Ive been taking it for a few days. I will update after continued use

I recently learned that my body is not processing estrogen properly. My naturopath wants me to take DIM. This supplement is a much higher dose than the one she wants me to take, but I decided to try it anyway because it is much cheaper than the one she wants me to take. So far I havent noticed any changes, but I will continue to take and hope for the best. If it works; its an excellent value.
