It helped me so much

Easy to Take

This liquid formula is better than I expected. It doesn't make me over the top energetic and no crashes from the B-Complex. The value for money is good Taste and Absorption is good.

Great flavor and taste

As long as the ingredients are the same as the more expensive ones, I guess it all comes down to the taste on this type of B12. For this one. I like the taste and price.

Taste is great

Tastes really good! I haven't been able to tell much a difference energy wise after taking for about a month now, but I enjoy the taste and the price is great!

Bad source of B12

What I dont like is cyanocobalamin. It is sourced from the yellow foam that forms at waste water treatment plants and is scraped from the top, dried and then placed in our vitamins. I threw this promptly in the trash. Dont believe me, do your own research. Its difficult to find a good B complex vitamin source that doesnt contain B12. But if you want to take B complex, find a source with B12 as methylcobalamin. However some products show the B12 as methylcobalamin but when you get the non-returnable product the label states the B12 source as cyanocobalamin. Deceptive and wrong. I dont know about you but I dont want to put waste products into this temple so to speak.
