It is so hard to get my kids to take vitamins, so many studies have shown that we are deficient in vitamin D as a whole populous. Although I prefer vitamin D from natural sunlight, when that isnt available, we tend to use supplements. my kids really liked the gummy flavor, and thought of these more like a snack than taking a vitamin. the gummy itself is not the kind that is hard to bite through, but it does tend to stick to your teeth. the flavor is great, and an excellent way to get little ones to take vitamins

Im always looking for ways to promote my daughters health and understand that vitamin D is important to growth and healthy bones. Weve tried several gummy vitamins and I dont love that sugar always seems to be the first ingredient. Not in this gummy! They still have added sugar, but its in the form of fruit juice. With a one-gummy serving its nice to know this bag will last two months. It costs more than I usually spend, but youre paying for quality, and I trust Wellements to deliver a good product, as weve used their supplements in the past. When you divide the cost over 60 days its less of a sticker shock, and my daughter seems to like the flavor.

These are made of quality ingredients and the price is pretty reasonable for the quantity. It's also got cute branding and packaging. They are definitely a different consistency than what you would normally see in a vitamin gummy, and the flavor is a little less sweet than usual, but I think that's because they're designed for kids and not adults. Kids seem to like them, and I personally don't think they're bad either.

Obligatory I am not a chemist or doctor so I cannot weight in on this on objective measures. I have been running a bit of a vitamin D deficit tho, so looking to temper that and investigated these guys. The whole production has a very natural/organic feel to it. I think you could drop me in on these entirely free of context and I could determine these were a natural vitamin. The flavor is not unpleasant, mind you, but I am a candy guy with a simple and spoiled palate, and these come in very similar to just mashed up berries or something. Not as sweet as real fruit, perhaps. But in the realm of fruit jerky or something in terms of texture, it's hard to explain. I don't know that the value is here for the less discerning consumer like myself but more power to you if you want to avoid dyes and whatever else constitutes organic.
