i have used coconut and beeswax wood polishes for ages and this one is nice and easy to use, no strong scent, but doesn't seem to penetrate as well as others. a little still goes a long way and i don't feel like i have to use a lot more to achieve the results i'm after, it just doesn't seem to enhance the wood as deeply as others. still a good value, love having it on hand.

Easy to use

I bought this for my string instruments but have also used it to condition the wood pieces on my wind-chimes. The soft smooth paste is easy to apply. After having it sit on the wood for awhile it wipes off easily. I like to give it a minute to penetrate before I wipe it. I'm glad I bought it, and a little goes a long way in making my woods sparkle again!

I really love what it has done

Received it and took to my living room. I have my grandmothers old living room table and 2 end tables. The end tables are really showing age and the furniture polish (that I will not name) is just not cutting it. iIcleaned the table real good. i then let it dry overnight. I coated the table surface with it and let it sit there for about 15 minutes and then buff it. It did not give a glorifying shine, but it is only one coat. In the provided images, you see a lighter side of the table and it was pretty much finish gone. The darker half is where I applied the beeswax. It is very easy to apply. Just take a rag and wrap around a couple finger tips. Rub that in the beeswax and rub in small circular rubs. Don't need to apply a huge amount of pressure, but a little bit of pressure is recommended to help get it into the pores. Let it sit a little while and then give it a good buffing rubdown. I am going to apply a second coat this weekend and thinking about using my truck polisher to help be buff to a lustre. Hope it turns out as good and I expect. I do believe it is adding some water repellency to the table surface, but I still won't set a glass directly on the table. Obviously somebody has more than once. If your tabletops are turning like mine, I do recommend a good coating or 2 of beeswax to help protect what remains or go get a really good proper finish to them. That's what I plan to do after I retire, but that is still 6 years away.
