If your low profile mx keyboard back stem is not in a straight line,then the big modiffier keys can't use.It's not compatible with old Keychron / Cherry 10 N low profile keyboard.Whether your keyboard is compatiable,just pull the keycap out and check the stem to check as below image shown.
