The pencil option took some getting used to but after I figured it out I haven't had any problems. Apply pressure towards the barrel while clicking down to extend the lead and lightly pull away from the barrel to detract. Once or twice I've struggled with the red not staying engaged but overall I'm very happy with this pen/pencil. Good eraser that doesn't ear. The nibs don't wiggle around while writing, ink is nice and bold. The spring clip has help up nicely and has a strong grip. It's only been two months but I would buy this again if I lost it or it broke!

Convenient, and easy to use. Iwishit cam with spare refills and eraser refills as well. Although they can be ordered.

This is such an amazing edition to my note keeping. I can easily switch between colors for added organization. The ink is smooth and clear leaving clean notes. The pencil is easy to use and the eraser is also easy to get to. I love the clip on it as well. The size is not bulky and the pen feels very comfortable as well as durable. Compared to the Bic 3+ 1 pen- I like the finer lines this pen makes, the eraser doesn't advance the lead forward (I don't like mechanical pencils that have that feature) and the four colors of ink vs three add more ease of organization.

Love this pen and have it in my bag at all times. As others advised, to extend the lead, push down the pencil first, then press down again. The first time will click it into place; the second time you can feel the spring and pushing further on that brings out the lead. Only issue I have yet to resolve is how to properly refill the lead. The only way I was able to do so was just pushing it through the hole that the lead comes out of, which ends up shaving a thin layer of it off. I decided not to remove a star for that since I was able to figure out an alternative to refilling it. *** I spelt lead wrong in the pic ... :p

I use to use Bic's blue multi-color pen, but I recently decided to upgrade to a thinner point pen because I write so small. Biggest and best decision ever! This pen is super nice. It writes very smooth, fine as 0.5mm and the colors are awesome. It's brighter than Bic's green, blue, and red. I also like that it has a lead pencil and eraser included in the barrel. I never thought I'd be using a pencil again but now that I have it, it's so convenient! The only downside to this is that the eraser is unable to erase pen markings, but other than that, I would totally buy this product again. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves writing with colors, prefers convenience and only likes to carry ONE pen instead of 4-5 different colored ones.
