Raspberry flavored Zinc gummy.

Not bad

I like these gummies because unlike most of the other Mary Ruth gummy vitamins, these dont stick together in a big clump at the bottom of the bottle. The taste isnt horrible either.

After taking these for a while my Zinc levels came up into range, they worked well and came sealed for freshness and safety. The pills are normal size and have no aftertaste.

I have been using zinc for over 3 years now. So when I saw these zinc gummies I wanted to try it out. Note while I did receive the product for free, I do have to pay income taxes on the full value of it. I started taking zinc during the pandemic given it's anti viral properties. Usually take one pill a day. Been intrigued about gummy supplements that are easier to swallow so have been using this in place of a pill. Definitely easier to take. As to the effectiveness, I have not noticed any difference, pro or con. But I did not expect to as I think it is impossible for a layperson to tell the difference I have not used this particular brand before but know they have a good reputation. I do wish they (actually all vitamin manufacturers should) would post lab results periodically on their product. The Vitamin industry is not well regulated and seeing independent lab reports helps a consumer know they are getting what they paid for. But overall, I would buy this again
