This Thing Creates Incredible Hum Through The Mixer

The media could not be loaded. I installed new power supplies for my Korg Microkorg XL and Korg electroscribe sampler, while also ordering these to connect the L/R outs into the stereo in of my mixer. As soon as the power and cables were switched out, I had a tremendous hum through my mixer/amplifier. I thought it was the power supplies, as they were not OEM. However, when I ran the Microkorg XL on batteries only, I still had the same problem. I installed the new power supplies again, connected the old cables I had been using (bunch of old stuff laying around that I cobbled into the same thing) and they worked perfectly fine. As can be seen in the video, the cables I had before are in the unit and plugged into one mixer channel, with no hum and perfect playback. As soon as this cable gets near the old units, it starts humming. I unplug the old cables, install the new cables, zero issue. I switched channels around in the mixer, etc. I guess I just have too strong of a magnetic field for these cables, yet all my synths and other 12 channels of audio have no issues.

Feels like quality piece

It felt like it was solid and not flimsy like others . the others have a tendency to loose connection or skip due to improper wiring . Given the feel of it it is a quality engineered product hopefully that extended to the internal wiring
