I got this for increased autophagy which Spermidine is known to help with (may). Autophagy is very simply said cleaning the junk out and making a clean house. And one step further which I find Amazing is the junk is used to build a brand New House that is just as good, if not better than the original house that did the house keeping. This is very important with mitochondria and is considered the possible 'Way' to untap the elusive secret of longevity and youthfulness (may). But I have not taken Spermidine because there is a big problem. When taken orally it does not raise our spermidine levels. Could this Entiric coating and nanofiltration increase it ? Maybe !! Was the goal with entiric to get access to the intestines since that's where it will dissolve. Why not use liposomal to get all the way to the blood ? These are questions I do not have answers too. And you want to talk about contradictions consider that most studies say that bioavailability of spermidine is very low due to the digestion process destroying it. But then the studies show cellular response and improvement when given orally !?! How can that be if it did not get absorbed before being destroyed. And amazing is we have hundreds of studies (all complaining about low bioavailability with spermidine) but not one study looking at does entiric, nano particle, liposomal solve the issue. Google it yourself and all you will see is companies selling it but not one study to see if it works. Now we do know it works on other supplements so I am hoping it would work with this one. The Top 3 supplements, IMO, that are crucial to unlocking that secret I mentioned is Fisetin (senescence), Glutathione(strongest antioxidant), and Spermidine (Autophagy). And they all have a BIG bioavailability issue and they all lack any studies (as of now) supporting different delivery methods (other than IV) that work. Hopefully I live will long enough to see one. But my bet is yes it does work ! And 10 to 20 years from now I will not have a second chance. It will be too late ! And I'm gonna ride my bet on this brand because first off it's lab tested ,,,so I'm not getting a fake. Second it's a whopping 1000mgs (1Gram). Third off its a great price !! Also made in a GMP certified facility and the addition of thiamine as that's a sleeper too we don't get much of. The zinc is good for the immune system(may) and these are easy to take. It is thought this will do better to take with meals (which may be a key too as its speculated enzymes may be needed with spermidine). Now I know my supplement pros may be thinking homeostasis ( which is something to consider since we get spermidine easily from food sources) but lets just see what the future studies say. After all many claimed that with Nad precursors and surprise surprise. Now I did not notice anything taking these and would be hard pressed you could unless it did absorb and get used AND your mitochondria was in Bad shape !!! I think this is very affordable and a great product that has a good possibility of working. So good Luck and I hope this was helpful.

I feel mildly more energetic on these capsules but not enough to really tell if the pills are doing something or if it's just the placebo effect. I'm going to stay on it awhile and see if the effect lasts. That said, it also includes zinc and thiamine (vitamin B1) both which are definitely helpful to the body. Thiamine the body can't really store much of so we need to get sufficient amounts of it daily. It helps the body convert carbs to energy. Zinc is helpful for several things including immune function and zinc deficiency is not that rare. So even if the wheat germ doesn't pan out, at least I've gotten the benefit of those two. I'll report back on how this works out over the longer term.
