I bought this for my sister as a gift. She has very thick curly hair and she absolutely loves this conditioner/mask. I will definitely buy this again

Too small

Compared to the shampoo, the amount of conditioner is absurd. It needs to be bigger. 1 conditioner bottle, for my hair, lasted 3 or 4 washes!! WTF is that? Please make one as large as the shampoo. It's absurd to spend this much money almost every week on a conditioner.

Feels different from other conditioners

I have thick Asian strands with texture. I use this on my scalp unlike most conditioners. I feel it helps control the oil and doesn't leave a greasy film. It is expensive so I tend to use less, which I think works given the texture is very different. It somehow feels more wet like a thick serum vs. a cream. I feel it does absorb into the strands: I clip up my hair and then rinse with colder water after about 5 min. I will try longer and using more to see if its more moisturizing. Wish the line had more of a nice fragrance. The smell is natural - faint tea tree - and doesn't linger.

It was just okay.

Honestly, its just okay. I dont have anything negative to say about it other than I wish it was more hydrating. Its a pretty mid product. In the other hand, their Microbiome Shampoo is a much more impressive product and if youre deciding between the two, choose the shampoo.
