Although it's been too soon to tell if this probiotic combination is working for me - hence, the 4* rating - I can say that the combo isn't giving me any digestive issues, which is a good sign. Next: it has 25 billion CFUs, which is on the higher end of a single probiotic capsule. Also, the beta glucans addition is helpful because it increases the positive effects of the probiotics in the gut. What I really am impressed with is the manufacturer's information: 10xhealthsystem is a real health-oriented company located in the US (Florida, I believe) and with a team of contributors shown and the roles they play within the company. This gives me confidence in the product, knowing that I am not buying from some random third-party distributor who doesn't know about the product they are selling.

Easy to take

I've been taking probiotics regularly for years. After taking this for a week I haven't noticed any change in my digestive tract...something I consider to be a good thing. No bloating, gas or anything unpleasant. I like the fact that it's a dedicated probiotic blend without a bunch of additional supplements or vitamins added. I can add those things myself if I choose to. The labeling on the bottle is clearly marked, including an exp. date on the bottom for 03/26, giving plenty of time to use it up while it's fresh. Overall this seems to be a nice product at a good price for a 2 month supply. Definitely recommended!

This "10X Health" brand is new to me. When I looked at the detailed list of specific probiotic strains in this product, it turned out to be a list that was identical to one of my "go-to" brand's ingredients, so this seemed worth trying. This product is non-GMO and gluten free. It is just a probiotic mix-no other "extras", which I actually prefer. I can always take probiotics, but when there are "extra" ingredients, those sometimes must be stopped pre-surgery and/or may not always be okay to take with certain medicines. Because of that, I much prefer products that have fewer ingredients and target one issue/need. The bottle provides a 60 day dose. There is no info on 3rd party testing nor transport method (i.e. anything special to get it through the stomach and into the intestines before the capsule dissolves). Some products boast 3rd party testing and others don't, so I'm not hung up on that. I'll give it a try and report back with an update if I find that my symptoms from pre-probiotic taking days return (which would tell me this isn't working or getting to where it needs to get to in order to work). If in 2 months, you don't see an update, then you can assume it was reasonably comparable to a better known brand with the same probiotic strains. I gave it 4 for now... but if it ends up working fabulously, I'll also return to add that 5th .
