much easier to swallow than large pills

I like that each of these capsules contains 500 mg of TMG. These capsules are not huge, and I find that this capsule shape and coating makes it MUCH easier for me to swallow than another brand of TMG that I recently used that was in the form of very large tablets. Im satisfied with the 10x brand.

TMG trimethylglycine supplement is an amino acid commonly found in beets and leafy greens. It is thought to increase the amount of nitric oxide in the blood that can help with workouts. The tablets are easy to swallow with no after taste. 10X Health has many new products that have yet to be rated. They dont report anything about facility GMP or FDA certification or any 3rd party testing. We need to take these supplements with caution.

Somewhat Low Dose But Suitable Quality

500mg per pill easy to figure out dosing. Dosage depends on your goals, some people may be looking to take 3 grams per day, in which case this bottle won't last for many days. However I feel like this higher dosage is only necessary for certain issues where you may be looking for a high dose, low duration quick fix protocol; if you plan to take this daily for a long time then the lower dose should probably still eventually do what you want it to do. Studies use a high dose because they need to show results within just a few weeks. Personally I think one gram per day is probably enough for most people and easy to maintain, and you could always test a low dose after a couple months and then increase if necessary. If you have MTHFR issues you may want to look into how TMG could potentially help.

This is a review for 10x TMG pills. I am here because of Gary Breka. I listen to some of his podcasts and videos. It is because of him that I learned I should get a genetic test specifically for the MTHFR gene mutation. Which I did, and I have it Having that knowledge has been empowering because I know what I need to do and avoid as a person with this mutation. I know to avoid non metylated b vitamins. I know to watch out for enriched foods. My point is that the guy really knows what he's talking about when it comes to health and nutrition. So I am pretty happy to see his line of supplements are now available on ZeeBooth as well, I hope to see these on the subscribe and save option soon as well. Since Gary Breka is a co founder of 10x, I know that the supplements 10x produces will not only ACTUALLY contain what they are supposed to, but I also know that these supplements are going to contain the most bioavailable version of that mineral or supplement. As I embark on my health journey, I don't want to shop based on fads or what is on sale. I need to rely on a company that makes the very best. And honestly, I also would prefer to make Gary Breka a little richer for helping me even though he doesn't know who I am.
