Right form and dosage for me

Zinc supplements can come in several different forms. This one is zinc picolinate, which research suggests is better absorbed than some other forms of zinc. Each capsule contains 30mg of zinc, which is under the Upper Intake Level (UL) of 40mg per day for adults. Ive seen a lot of zinc supplements at 50mg per serving, and I know many people take more than 40mg of zinc per day, but since it is possible to overdose on zinc, I want to be more conservative and stay under the UL. These capsules are on the larger side and not the easiest for me to swallow, but overall, I would still recommend this product.

Good zinc supplement

I like to take zinc as an immune system supporting supplement, and this one seems to be a good fit. Package was well sealed, including a seal under the cap. Capsules are a bit larger than what I am used to, but they are not too hard to swallow with a big gulp of water.

Seems okay

There are 30mg per capsule. I won't use this everyday as too much zinc can make you deficient in other minerals. I think this is good for temporary use when you need a boost. Piclonate is usually an absorbable form, so I do think it's a good supplement. They are easy to swallow. The current price is $17.00. I do think that's a bit pricey, but it could be due to the form of zinc.

Seems authentic

Product shipped quickly and arrived intact. It looks like some folks had an issues with how the capsules were filled. There is only meant to be 30mg of zinc in each capsule, which is probably somewhere around the size of a grain of rice, with the rest being filler. Hopefully 10X Health is delivering on that 30mg of zinc, considering that it is in fact a legit company with substantial backing. I didn't personally have any issues with the product. As of the time of this review, the price is on the higher side, although it does cover 2 months worth of the product.

Uneven dosage.

Needless to say, I won't be using this zinc or any of their other supplements. The capsules aren't consistently dosed, which is a huge problem and the bottle contained 61 capsules instead of the advertised 60. Even if the zinc is of good quality, it's nearly twice the price of several reputable brands.
