The media could not be loaded. This worked really well. We just put in 7 new windows that were really dirty and this cleaned them right up. The washer side is foam covered in microfiber mini nubs so it holds enough water and scrubs very well, it is secured on with screws so it wont keep coming off, like most others Ive used. The squeegee side is great and its longer than a lot of others. I love that there is no metal anywhere near the window, only the handle center is stainless the rest is heavy duty plastic. There is a push button to release the handle and there is another button on the head to ratchet and lock it into several different angles to more easily reach into corners. Very nice window washer, well made. Recommend

I like to keep a squeegee in my car to get the "fog" off of my windows and mirrors when the temperature starts changing. This works exactly as I expected it to but has something I didn't expect. The handle folds parallel to the squeegee making it compact and able to fit in the pocket of my door without sticking out. And if you need it to, the handle actually detaches with the push of a button. This thing works like it should, fold up compactly, and cost less than $10. It's great!
