These dusters pick up and hold on to quite a bit of dust. Some fine dust will fall off when it gets too full, as with any duster. The dusters fluff up easily when spinning them between your hands, as per the directions. I love how far they can extend. It makes dusting hard to reach places much easier. With it fully extended, I can reach the top of my ceiling fan blades. I can also reach the back of deep shelves and the sides of tall cabinets. Without this extendable duster, I would have to get out my step ladder for hard to reach places.

This set for $9.99 is a good alternative if you dont want to spend $30 for 2 6ft Swiffer duster handles and only 8 brush heads. I do like that the brush handles fold all the way down and are easier to store than the Swiffer brushes that remain long even when folded up. The dusters are not as puffy and large as the Swiffer ones, but its not enough to make a difference and still get the job done.

Price at time of order: $9.99 First of all, the way the seller has this packaged makes it VERY difficult to get into! It's in a black poly bag that's so tightly rolled and sealed that I had trouble even getting the blades of a scissors under the flap to try to open, and I was afraid that I would cut the dusters! So that takes away a star because it took me almost 5 full minutes just to open the package! Not the ZeeBooth package, that was easy, but the seller's package was difficult. The duster heads are the same length as the name brand, but they are not as full and fluffy. They are not great. They are a shiny material instead of the matte kind on the name brand. They worked OK on light dust, but when I dusted my blinds and ceiling fan blades, they did not hold the dust well. They pushed the dust until it balled up, then some of it stuck to the dust head and most of it fell onto the window sill or floor. The handle extends and seems sturdy. It holds the duster head on so well that I had trouble taking it off. I might use these since I have them, but they won't be anything I'll reorder. They seem cheap and sub-par compared to the name brand duster heads.
