I ordered these with my kids in mind. These glow-in-the-dark origami star strips combine their love for glow-in-the-dark options, stars, and origami into one. I also enjoy making them, and Ive already made several origami stars using the paper. I have some clear plastic jars that I think well enjoy filling with stars to make glow star jars. I tested these strips using a black light flashlight, and they charged quickly under them. Im not sure how long the glow will last, but its still enough to create a very cool effect. The paper strips do feel a bit funny and almost chalky to the fingers for one side, but they fold as well as the colored printer paper I last used when making origami stars. Of the four stars I attempted making, I only failed to form one of them, which is better than my previous track record. The quantity is immense. The patterns are packaged in separate packages, and within each package, the strips are joined at the end just like stationary paper often is. The adhesive binding them is not notable once a strip is pulled free, and the binding keeps the strips orderly and relatively intact until ones ready to fold. Its a very nice set-up. I greatly look forward to enjoying folding stars alongside my children using these strips. I think it will be a great activity to do at bedtime and other relatively quiet/slow moments when we need our minds quiet but want to keep our hands busy.

This paper glows really well and it's a thick paper that folds nicely. It's the right thickness to make the stars puff out really well. The paper is really pretty and has a slightly bumpy texture where the designs are. I'm very happy with the quality of this paper.

These strips are perfect for making origami stars. It does really glow in the dark, and it's the pattern in the paper that actually glows. I think these strips are more beginner friendly as small mistakes are harder to see.

ITHER THAN the small partials of glow stuff it glows very well and i just use a small backlight (i may be slow but i didnt know they needed to be charged by a backlight to glow!!!)

The colors, size, and quality of these paper strips are great. They are assembled in small stacks that are attached at one end and peel off like sheets on a pad of paper. The colors and designs are beautiful. I have left them out in the light but they do NOT glow in the dark. The packaging is completely labeled in Asian characters so any directions or descriptions are impossible to read without knowledge of the language. Once the paper is folded (I made origami stars) the design is hard to recognize. I may see if I can find other uses for this paper, perhaps using in art projects. Having the paper cut and easy to use is convenient. It's also pretty to look at, but the end results are disappointing.
