Bought these for my 12 year old grandson, noticed grades really improved.

I hardly trust supplements made in the USA let alone China. Sorry, but I would not buy it again.

I am giving these 4 stars primarily for the combination of taste and texture of the gummies, along with the ingredients. Now the rub is this: most of these supps aren't slap you in the face, type effects. Ginkgo Biloba can be, but I didn't get that with these. You can feel much more clearheaded, better memory recall etc.. I don't get that acffect honestly, unless its sourced from (usually more expensive/better) sources

Not gonna lie... I bought this for the teenager who wanted to try a ginkgo biloba supplement, but when I popped the bottle open to try one I justified, to myself, hiding them away and not sharing. We've tried a fair number of gummy supplements in our home and outside of the plain old citrus vitamin C (it's hard for those to taste odd) these are some of the best flavored supplement gummies I've ever had. They're an apple flavor and they hit the mark as much as any fake fruit flavored gummy can hit a particular flavor. But most impressive - to me - the list of ingredients and dosage size is impressive, and there is NO weird after taste with these. I've had to gift on quite a few gummies (looking at you, collagen and mushroom blends... !) because of the abysmal aftertaste. Not so with these. As is usual with this type of product a serving size is two gummies. What is unusual is the significant amount of each ingredient in these - and it's not just gingko. Generous dosage of ashwagandha, rhodiola, ginseng, valerian, and magnesium too. I was a bit surprised to see the valerian and magnesium with those other ingredients as they are more typically found in night time sleep aids. With the uber dose of the rhodiola and ashwagandha though this is definitely a day time energy formula. And does it work? I think so! I am seeing longer lasting energy to my days. To be fair it's probably helps that I've had ashwagandha and rhodiola in my supplement regime for about two months now before moving to this blend. It's just in the last couple weeks that I think I can tell a noticeable difference in afternoons/evenings with my mood and energy. Ashwagandha can take up to six weeks to start fully working, and there is a decent amount of clinical research out there about how it can actually reduce stress levels / help with energy. ... and! That's probably enough of a novel here. Short story: love this supplement. If you're comparing a few and the price point is similar don't hesitate to give this one the try!
