These Are Handy, But A Bit Too Small for Some Pills.

These are a nice lightweight and discreet way of carrying medications and vitamins with you. I do wish they were a bit bigger so they wouldn't have to be refilled as frequently, but there are also two of them and they're small enough that having two on your keychain isn't necessarily a big deal. I was able to fit 11 Vitamin D gel caps inside one of these, but only 2 digestive enzyme capsules because two pills that size couldn't fit side by side, so only 2 could fit inside and still be able to screw it shut. That's kind of a bummer if you're hoping to take all your meds in one container, but if the things you take are smaller pills like the Vitamin D gel caps, then these will work great! If they had been just a tiny bit bigger in diameter, then 4 digestive enzyme capsules would probably have fit, which would have made these more useful all around than they are in the current size. If you just want to carry a couple of ibuprofen or something like that just to have it with you for an emergency, then these will work just fine. If you're looking to carry all your daily meds, then whether or not these work will depend on the number and size of the pills.

However, since the waterproof-ness depends on the rubber band, it is probably a good idea to check it every so often for deterioration or breakage. Due to it being aluminum (alloy?), the cases are really lightweight, giving a somewhat "cheap" feeling. But it does the job of storing and protection from water and light. However, it's probably worth considering how heat conductivity of the metal is, as that can also affect medication. Overall: good for storing pills reserved for emergencies or occasional short time, day-out requirements.
