I'll start off with the nice aspects: -Chewies are relatively durable. They don't split apart or develop large cracks as quickly as some other more expensive products -Flavorless, and are innocuous enough in flavor I can chew for dozens of minutes on one without issue -Small pouches are resealable, easy to carry around and use. Small complaints: -I don't really need a pull tool for every two of these chewies, so it feels like I paid for a lot of product that I'll only use part of. But I knew this when I bought it, so I can't complain too much. If you're constantly misplacing yours it might be helpful though. -At first they are a lot stiffer than they eventually become, so it can be easy to not get the right teeth grip as you start on a new one and end up pushing it to the side instead of biting down on the chewie. Negative issue: -Small bits of of the chewie about the size of large grains of sand will break off into your mouth as you chew these, and not only at the start but even after several uses. The size and location the bits break off from seems consistent so this appears to be a design issue, as this has happened with all 4 I've tried so far. So you have to be careful not to accidentally swallow the bits if you don't want that in your gut. I also can't shake the feeling I'm unconsciously swallowing really small bits of it. This could be a hazard if it goes down the wrong pipe as well. This didn't happen with the ones my orthodontist gave me, nor with other chewies I've bought. As I don't really like the idea of accidentally swallowing rubbery bits, I don't think I'll buy these again. Shame, these would be very nice if not for this.

Just started invisalign -- I don't think I will use these a lot - but they are helpful if you have buttons. They come individually packaged - so if you are on the road a lot this is nice to have because they will stay sanitary and there are SO many if you lose them you've gone a TON more.

These chewies are somewhat softer and squishier than the ones I have been using since I started with my Invisalign treatment. At first I really didn't think I'd like using them due to the softer feel and foolishly thinking I might bite right through them. But after getting used to them I actually think they're great and have discarded my original chewies. What's fantastic about these chewies and removal tools is the individual packaging. No more scrambling around looking for little containers to hold these items when leaving the house so they'll stay clean and sanitary. Each resealable pouch contains two chewies and a tool. Very convenient packaging to meet the needs of those of us wearing aligners.

My ortho had given me a set of chewies at the beginning of my treatment, but I lost them and needed new ones. These are *identical* to the ones I used to have -- same firmness and texture. I got the unflavored ones. The plastic hooks that come in this kit are also invaluable, especially if, like me, you've been cursed to have attachments on most of your teeth. I already had two hooks, so I definitely didn't need an additional 20. It'd be nice if you had the option of ordering just 10, or even just 5 packets, instead of 20. My treatment plan is for a year and a half, so it'll be nice to every once in a while ditch my old chewies for a new pair (I feel kinda weird about how they're hollow -- who knows if you can actually get them fully clean in the middle), but 20 is still overkill, especially considering you actually get 40 (I mean....you don't NEED two at a time...you can just use one). Anyway. These hooks and chewies are ideal. Recommended!
