I can't comment on quality or use for an aspiring artist as I bought this to do furniture touch-ups after we moved. I can only say that I was super impressed by the number of colors provided and the price. I thought the price was super reasonable and the shipping was fast. And this worked perfectly for doing some small repairs on leather furniture as the color assorment allowed me to make an exact match. Would only highly recommend this product.

First off Id like to say that I am not an artist, Im just a regular person who hasnt painted anything since high school and that was a very long time ago. Lol. I somehow got myself into a random art competition and needed paint and brushes. I bought this item because it had a lot of colors, 3 paint brushes, ZeeBooth prime shipping, and it was very cheap. It was a great deal for everything it included, especially considering that I just planning on using it once. As I was trying to learn how to paint by watching YouTube tutorials, I noticed that a lot of the YouTube artist were using similarly named colors as these which was helpful. It helped me to see how these colors would look alone and when mixed together. The 3 included brushes were convenient to have. For a one-time project, I was not interested in having to buy the brushes separately. The brushes are basic, so if you are looking to create specific textures then these brushes wont be enough for you. For me, the basic brushes were enough - I just needed them to get the job done. I would recommend this for people who just need it for a one-time project or for people who wants to give painting a try. A have a TON of paint left over, so maybe Ill give painting another go in my free time. And by the way, would you believe it, I somehow won 2nd place in the art competition. Haha. I dont understand how, but hey, Ill take it!
