These pens are cute, but are way overpriced. They appear handmade and in some cases its obvious, like when the cats tail is cut off because its covered by the flowers on the other side. They write okay.

I wanted to love these so much. Sadly, the pens I received are very disappointing. The description says "Quality ink produces crisp, clear, and smudge-free writing" - looking back at the sales page once I received the pens - I see now that even their video shows the smearing issues the pens have. I have included a still from the video to show you the smearing. As soon as they arrived, I decided to open the package and use them for my work. The pens are very very lightweight clear plastic covering a design. These are a lot like promo pens that you can customize the insert on the inside to be whatever design you wish for them to be. The pen I was using first immediately had issues with smeared ink. I didn't even need to touch the ink for it to smear. I decided to take eight additional pens out of the package to see if it was just the first pen that had issues or all of them. I completely understand that things happen and it could have been a fluke that the first pen had issues. I wanted to give the pens a fair chance and "test" them thoroughly and honestly for this review. Every single one of these pens has the same smearing as you write. This happens without even touching the ink. The video they have posted - you can clearly see as she writes ABCD - the ink smears in their sales video. Sadly the writing isn't clear and crisp as they state in their description. I wanted to like these so much. I will give them 3 out of 5 stars for a cute black cat design. Sadly, this design isn't part of the pen itself. The insert can be any design you want - slipped under the clear casing of the very lightweight plastic pen.
