I thought this flea comb and mat remover were high quality and effective. My long-haired cat hates being brushed, so the result is cutting mats out of her armpits and legs if I dont keep up with it. The mat cutter tool was very easy to use. It was so sharp, it cut the mats out very quickly. It also doesnt have to be super precise like scissors. I just put it on one side of the mat and sawed towards myself and it popped right off. I do caution users to be careful of the blade, as it is incredibly sharp. I nicked a fingernail using it the first time. It also doesnt have any kind of holder to put it in for storage, so Im worried I will stick my hand in a drawer and cut myself on it. I put it back in the plastic for now, but I dont know how long it will hold up in the drawer. The flea comb works just fine and is handy for checking the cats for fleas once a week. Great product!
