Move the knife at the same speed you would if you were sharpening with an abrasive belt. The 3/4X12 in. Super Strop works fast! Make just 2 passes, at a slightly lower angle, on both sides of the knife and check for the burr and test your sharpness. Depending on what grit progression you used, more stropping may be necessary.
