3-in-1 Gentle Oil to Cleansing Foam Cleanser - Macadamia & Flaxseed Oils for Pore & Sebum Control - Transforming Oil to Ampoule to Foam - Protects...

This is my first time trying a 3-in-1 oil to foam cleanser. I generally use a cleansing balm and then a water based cleanser afterwards, so I wanted to try something that might help cut down on some of the steps. The product is pretty thick and a bit sticky so it doesn't glide on your face like a cleansing balm or oil does. It's basically as if you were applying just soap to a dry face. And because of its consistency, it tends to tug at the skin especially around your eyes. Once you add water, the product does foam up pretty nicely and becomes more slippery, so I didn't have any issues with the cleansing part. It removes makeup just okay, but you definitely have to put in the extra effort. I think I'll probably stick with the separate oil and foaming cleanser because I feel like it's a bit gentler, but it's not a bad product if you want to save some time I guess.

This cleanser initially goes on more like a gel than an oil. It does have a fantastic scent. It does lather some but not a lot. I have very sensative skin and this was very gentle. After using, my face does feel refreshed and clean, it just doesn't have that nice sheen you get when applying oil to your face.

I use this face cleanser every day. I love it! One pump produces plenty of lather and makes my face and neck feel so clean and refreshed.

I really love this facial cleanser but I do have drier skin (and I'm mid 40's) so I can only speak for myself. If I had oilier skin or skin prone to breakouts, I honestly would probably avoid this and anything involving oil. It's hard to review these type of products as everyone has different skin which reacts in different ways. This is Korean made, and for the most part I think Korean skincare products are high quality, trustworthy and effective. Korean made has quickly become the holy grail of effective skincare products because of this. I am sensitive to fragrance in products as I easily get headaches due to the scent, so I usually go for fragrance free. This has a light but pleasant smell which I really like and thankfully get no headaches from. It is easy to use and does a good job at thoroughly cleaning my face. I prefer to use this showering so that I can apply some on my dry skin, leave it for a couple of minutes while washing, and then rinse it off. So even though it does not dry out my skin like regular facial cleanser, I still apply moisturizer afterwards. I do have other oil based facial cleansers and in comparison this is thicker in consistency. It doesn't leave any residue and I believe this bottle will last quite a while. I've used this daily for a few weeks and it has barely gone down in volume. While I would order this again, I do think the cost is higher than what I'd usually pay for a facial cleansing product. But after comparing to others that are not Korean made, and considering how long this will last me, I think it is priced fairly.

This feels more like baby shampoo than an oil. And it doesn't lather exceptionally well either and I used too much so it took some time to wash it all off... But my skin felt clean and this is the perfect cleanser with the skincare line I'm currently using. I woke up with my skin feeling great. And this cleanser is the key. Definitely use less than you think you need at first. Korean skincare is a game changer. This is a large container and will last a very long time.
