NOT a good option for diabetics

This item does provide a good amount of padding for your feet. The problem is that it is not a good option for diabetics because they are too tight (even the XL) and they dont allow for proper circulation to your toes.

Not as comfortable as I wanted.

I have a problem when I walk for long periods of time, whether its on vacation and walking all day or on a treadmill...I constantly get very bad blisters. The last time was so bad I could barely walk in the airport on the way home and limped terribly. I decided to try these pads. I have to say that I want comfort, if I am not comfortable it throws off my whole day. These are a bit tight, but my problem is I did not feel it was as lightweight and breathable as I liked. I would love to say that I did not get blisters, but I did, however they were not as bad as normal. Plus, I love to wear sandals when at the parks or walking at ports and even though you could...they were not very attractive, so I wore tennis shoes. Also, with my sandals I felt like my foot was sliding around too much in my shoe and socks/tennis shoes helped stop that. Whether I wore sandals or tennis shoes I felt they pad kept sliding up. It was irritating and I kept stopping to adjust. I think this would be helpful if I was at work and not walking as much as I do on vacation. However, I am still giving four starts because a lot of my complaining is due to my comfort level needing to be very high.

Great concept, but needs more fine tuning

I bought this brand and one other, in a Large and in a medium. I wear size 10 shoes and often go barefoot.These go on easy, fit comfortably, I tucked a 3M pad between the skin and material. BOTH brands slide off with very little effort. The medium actually left an indentation across my toes, but slid up from the correct location. The large also fit very comfortably but slid off onto the floor within a couple minutes of walking. I think if i could find a pair that went further onto the foot--keeping this same style but extending the material to mid-foot or more, so it might stay on better. For the price, these were definitely worth trying, and it gave me a great boost realizing there IS going to be a solution to my feet hurting, just not with this product.
