When I decided to pick-up drawing after 15 years or so I decided to get an inexpensive beginner set. I am impressed with the consistency hardness and softness of the leads. Even the white pencils perform nicely. Smudge sticks are wound tightly and haven't self destruct while being used. I will buy these again.

Can not complain. Wonderful set for starting off

I wasn't expecting this to be as nice as it was. I really only needed a few of the pencils in the set, but I also needed a pencil case. This was cheaper then getting all of it separately. It is holding ALL of my drawing pencils, believe me that is saying something. All of the pencils are okay nothing really great, but a good basic set. The case isn't canvas like it described its more of a fax leather. Which honestly I think is better canvas with graphite gets really dirty fast this hasn't. The only bad thing about this is when it arrived most of the tips were broken. Which honestly isn't unusual and it's not the manufactures problem its a shipping issue. I really wish they wouldn't sent them sharpened because this happens so often and you end up losing that much product.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my budding artist. I am quite impressed with what all comes in the side. There is a large range of drawing pencils. It comes with a 2H, 4H, 9H, B, HB, 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B, 8B, 10B and a 12B graphite pencil. It also comes with two each of a hard, medium, and a soft charcoal pencil. As well as a 001 white oil pencils, which there is three of these. It comes with a large, small and medium blending stumps, an orange plastic sharpener, kneaded eraser, white eraser and pencil extender. This is a really nice beginner art drawings that. I love that it comes in a really nice case that easily rolls up upon its self strap. The only thing I do not like about this set is that its very difficult to figure out how to roll it back up. I can see this being very challenging for my daughter to figure out the exact way to do it. You think it would be as simple as you rolling it back up and securing with the strap, however, if you do that, it ends up putting one of the snaps inside of the case. Not sure how else to do it so that part is a little frustrating about this set.
