I have only been taking Divinity Nutra 4 in 1 Berberine Supplement for two weeks, so it is not fair to judge its effectiveness just yet. I will say it is easy to swallow and I love that it combines several related ingredients into the same pill and they only require one a day! This is a little lower than the level of berberine I had tried in the past, but I will update in 2 months with the result when the bottle is finished.
