I use them when I go shopping so that Im able to read labels. I dont want to wear bifocals when Im shopping so these come in handy.

I am old and my eyesight is not what it used to be, so these little things work great. I buy the bulk ones because I will lose or drop or break them regularly, (which is why I don't buy expensive prescription glasses.) I never leave the house without one of these around my neck because you never know when someone is gonna try and toss some fine print in your face while you are out shopping and need to see what the ingredients are or side effects or nutritional values are. If you have your druthers and you aren't as clumsy as I am, you could probably put little charms on there or decorate the outside of the glass a bit and make it a really nice spot of daily wear jewelry.

These are fairly decent necklace magnifying glass. I've been addicted to them ever since I found one at Hobby Lobby that was nice looking and very sturdy. This one doesn't have a handle so it's a little harder to manipulate but it's really nice to have a magnifying glass on a chain around your neck that you can pull out easily. The 5x magnification is adequate but the Hobby Lobby one was better. Unfortunately, Hobby Lobby doesn't sell it anymore or at least not online. It would be nice if it had an inset smaller lens with a higher magnification. The biggest problem with them is the chain. It's incredibly weak. It lasted about 3 hours before it broke. When I tested it by pulling on it, it broke with virtually no strength at all. Don't bother with the included chains. Either buy your own or use something else. I used a piece of suede cord that I had available. The suede cord probably isn't the strongest either so I may end up replacing it with a strong string. I don't use these things as jewelry, I use them as a practical assist to my poor vision.

The first day I wore it not only did it work for me, but its strikingly gorgeous and for the price youre getting I couldnt believe the quality and quantity and how beautiful it hung around my neck. It was the perfect length. Not too high not too low. I went in for a doctors visit wearing it and was complimented on it because it caught the lights so wonderfully. When I told people that it wasnt just a necklace it was also to help me see things better, they were shocked. I told them where to find it on ZeeBooth. The chain is pretty. I read some people had issues with the chain and if I do I will just replace mine w a sterling one anyway. Otherwise, to be honest, it is a pretty chain. I have mine hanging in my home for when I need it. I have not worn it out, yet. I have used the lens and that's what I was happy with. Would be very helpful for reading ingredient labels, when shopping, which sometimes can be quite small. Very useful and works well. This was a good purchase and good value.
