Excellent product, highly recommended. Only taken for few days but noticed improved cognition, better memory, raised mood within a few hours, especially with intake of food. Just starting taking this nootropic. I've heard great things about this brand, and just wanted to share a few thoughts on it. First of all, it really does give you a sharper edge to memory and focus as well as greater clarity. The effects are probably subtle to some extent, but you will notice a difference. But the thing is--the effects are not immediate the first time you take it. Probably for most people, it will take several days to build up in your system before you notice any significant effects. The taste isn't great, so I'd have some water or juice at the ready--but, they aren't too hard to swallow. It is also a lot better value for the money than many of the other products out there. All in all, a great product!
