These combs were more sturdy and less brittle than I thought they would be. A good size and thickness for using on my thin, fine hair.

Strong combs- great for fine or curly hair

This 4-piece set of wide tooth combs was one of the best purchases I have made recently. They make combing out fine, easily tangled hair much easier with less tears. The PP plastic is super sturdy and not brittle or easy to break. The teeth on the comb are rounded and smooth, the handle is ergonomic, and the size is generous (about 9.25" long). The set of four is nice so you can have one for each person in the family or one for each shower/bath area. The price on these combs cannot be beat for the great quality and durability (regular list price is only $5.49 for four combs). These combs feel like they will last a lifetime and I would highly recommend them.

Not for fine hair

Wanted a wide toothed comb because i read somewhere that its better than a brush so it wont pull out too much hair but i have fine thin hair and it doesnt feel like it grabs or completely gets the knots out because there is a lot of space between the teeth. but that is probably my fault not the comb. I imagine it would be great for thick textures hair. It is easy to clean because I can get my fingers between the teeth (that is how much space there is). It feels like a strong sturdy comb that would take a lot to break.
