I was looking for something that couldnt be easily tipped over by my kitten. This is not only adorable, but it remains stable, even when the kitten is roughhousing with our full grown cat at the dish.

The bowls are nice. They fit enough food and water in them. Some kitties have whisker fatigue with bowls. If yours doesnt, these will work just fine.

I have an elevate bowl stand that they no longer make anymore. I was in search forever for a new bowl. I was using a small 4.5 inch steel bowl but the noise it made hitting against the stand with every bite was very annoying. I was thrilled to find this bowl! Fits perfect. Washes well in dishwasher. Perfect size for my little yorkie. I love the cute paw print. Good quality. Will purchase a few back ups.

I live in rural NYS and had been feeding a couple of feral cats using my own cat's stainless steel bowls. Eventually, the night foraging local raccoons became aware of the free handouts. That's OK with me, except they started carrying off the bowls at about $7.50 apiece. Apparently, raccoons fancy shiny things. After losing 3 bowls, I had to make a decision to either stop feeding the kitties or find less desirable bowls. These Comesoon 5" ceramic bowls were the answer. They're the right size for food or water, are heavier for a critter to lift, and not shiny like stainless. Plus, they're priced reasonably. I still use stainless during the day, but at night switch to ceramic. Problem solved. Update June 28, 2024 After using the ceramic bowls for months as described above, I finally got another pair for our own kitty Maxine. A nice, sturdy bowl with a smooth glaze. Easy to wash, easy to dry, and a bit smaller and rounder than my stainless bowls, so food is easier to get at. Haven't heard any complaints from Maxine.

These are a good size for cat food and seem to be good quality. No problem running them through the dishwasher. I made my own stand for the bowls and it works great.
