I would highly recommend using this

Helpful for mood, although some tiredness at beginning

I have been using this product for mood, not sleep. I take half the recommended dose on the bottle and find that initially, I feel a bit tired and I feel the urge to yawn a lot. However, this doesn't last too long and then I notice that it helps me feel more calm (less anxious) and more content in general. I like the liquid version as I can take more or less depending on what I want, and I think it kicks in more quickly.

This is one of the best sleep aids I've used

I have struggled with sleep for years now, getting even worse due to perimenopause. I take around 200mg two hours before bed and then around 100mg one hour before bed. The biggest issue I've had is getting back to sleep after waking up. I find it is the best supplement to help me get back to sleep. I found 5 HTP pills much less effective. The fact that it is liquid form likely increases the speed of its effectiveness. If I had one complaint about the product is that it is very, very expensive. I do not find that one dose actually works and so end up having to buy the product at least once per week, maybe more. They should lower the price or increase the amount contained in the product. I also find it impossible to find any type of markings on the dropper. I have complained to the company about this previously and they have failed to fix this issue. Thus, I end up simply estimating how much I'm taking at a time.

For me, this stuff is great.

Taste is good, not offensive like so many liquid supplements, it's vegan :), priced well, and it works! I don't even notice that I am easing into sleep.

5HTP Liquid Drops need a dosage indicator but do work despite stomach issues. There is no dosage level on the dropper, but the directions say to use a dose. Kind of a pain. The flavor is okay and it does help my sleep but I have stomach weirdness with the drops. I may stop them.
