Great for this season

This is a great 7 in 1 nutritional aid for wellness that everyone should have in their cabinet. I find this remedy very helpful to help boost your immune system. I started feeling a little bit crummy the other day and started taking these and truly felt significantly better the next day. I like all the ingredients in it, especially the elderberry to help boost immunity.

I tried these GoodlifePick Elderberry Zinc Capsules to good effect. This seems to be a really good antioxidant and immunity formula.

I like having a bunch of good things in one package!

I like to take elderberry syrup when I'm feeling run down in the fall/winter particularly, and I also up my Vitamin C and Vitamin D content at those times. I always feel like I should be doing more, though, like zinc, echinacea, and ginger, but I hate taking a million things, so I usually don't bother. This puts all of the above -- plus indian gooseberry -- into a single supplement. So much easier. I struggle to swallow pills, but these go down pretty easily. I haven't noticed any issues when taking them, and I didn't end up really sick either. I don't use this as an everyday supplement, but having it available for when I feel run-down or know I've been (or am about to be) exposed to a lot of crud is a nice thing. I feel confident I'll go through this bottle this winter. I got this in October, 2023, and the best before date on it is Apr 2025, so I do have this winter and next winter. Love it.

We got these primarily for the ingredient list. It is a combination of Elderberry (of course), vitamins (C & D), Zinc, and a touch of Echinacea, Ginger, and Indian Gooseberry. The ZeeBooth Product Description also says it contains Black Pepper (Piperine), but this does not show up on the bottle's ingredient list. This is a great way to prepare for that fast-approaching cold and flu season! It's a good idea to consult your doctor before taking these if you are taking other supplements or prescription medicine. The expiration date on mine was April 2025 so it does have a decent shelf life. This product is made in India.
