These scissors are nice and have a comfortable grip. My only complaint is 3 out of the 6 have really tight blades so when you open and close them you feel like you have resistance and I don't think they should be that tight. I thought I'd adjust the screw but that was impossible to get a screw driver to grip the screw and it just kept sliding off so I'm hoping in time those pairs will just loosen on their own. Other than that they seemed to cut paper and plastic with ease and I didn't notice any dull spots when cutting.

I just received these Blablaovy Store 8.5" Scissors, which I ordered because I can never find my scissors when I need them! Now I scattered these around the house, everyone can have a pair. They are even color coded so when someone is missing theirs, we can find the culprit. These are sharp and ever so slightly smaller than the usual adult size, so my teens and kids can handle them. These are a great, useful purchase, that you didnt know you needed, but you do. These are also useful in the office to give around to employees. Six pairs of scissors that work well. More than enough to have a pair exactly where you need it at all times. I like the fact that they have color on them, as I try to keep certain colors in certain rooms...blue glass frames, scissors, and pen body, in the frontroom; brown glass frames, scissors, and pen body in my room, etc. Silly, I know, but it helps me to quickly know when I've carried something to where it doesn't belong. :) The scissors cut well, not like a $40.00 pair but very good - I dangled some small-bubble bubble wrap and easily cut in clean slices without having to straighten out the bubble wrap or move it into a different position. You won't be disappointed if you order these. And will appreciate having "too many" scissors in your home.

I ordered this 6 pack 8.5" All Purpose Scissors with Soft Comfort-Grip Handles for general household use. I never seem to have a pair of scissors handy when I need them. I decided to pick up this six pack so that I can leave a pair of scissors in different locations around the house. While these do not cut as smoothly as an expensive pair of scissors, I also don't feel as though I am violating some law of nature when I use them to cut through particularly hard materials like aluminum cans, thick cardboard, or wire. It's nice having some inexpensive scissors for jobs like that. These scissors cut paper quite smoothly. I also use them to cut photographic film and they produce a nice even cut with no snags. The padded handles are nice, but there is not enough padding to keep your hands comfortable if you need to use these scissors for an extended period of time. Based on their performance and price, I would rate these scissors as a good value for the money.

Yeah, these are more disposable type scissors that won't last long for any serious use. But for group projects now and then, they should be ok.
