The Augacage Waterproof Notebooks aren't the name-brand version, but they hold their ownand might even be better. Pencil glides smoothly, erases easily, and offers plenty of contrast on the pages. Plus, you get more pages per pad and more pads overall, all for a comparable price. If you're willing to look beyond the brand name, these are definitely worth a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I picked up these notepads to use when geocaching. I dont believe any paper is fully protected from the weather and elements, but this type of paper definitely provides additional protections compared to regular paper. I plan on adding these to my geocaches and using sheets to add to caches where the logs may be damaged.

I use these notebooks for a variety of purposes (notes, tracking mileage, at the gym, etc.) and keep them in several places--car, garage, laptop bag. Some take months if not years to use up, so the durable cover and waterproof pages should make these last longer than standard memo notebooks. I like that the green notebooks have yellow pages and the pages have gridlines. Ballpoint pens don't smudge when wet and can be used while the page is still wet. Felt pens may take longer to dry or may bleed when wet, but still retain legibility after blotted dry. If they get wet in the rain or dropped in a puddle, the information should remain safe and continue to be useable.

These little pads are great for our range squad boxes. The RO can write notes on them easily in all weather.

These are really good all weather write in the rain note pads. They are 3"x5" which is your normal memo pad size and they have 80 pages per note pad. The paper is made from stone paper, this is what makes the paper waterproof. The front and back covers are made out of heavy duty PVC plastic to further protect the note pad and its pages. All pen styles write well on the pages however, ballpoint pens do write the best. This brand is much lower in price compared to the name brand, $6.19 each for the name brand and $1.87 each for this brand. I think thats a no brainer.
