Havent used yet but should work. Designs are small, but what I needed. Not as thick as most other stencils but also cost a lot less. Before ordering be sure to first get a more accurate idea of the sizes of the designs because some are tiny. I suggest drawing a 3 x 3 square on a piece of paper. Look at a stencil you are interested and try to imagine that stencil on your piece of paper. Does 1 design use up most of the 3x3 area or is it just in a section of that square. Then consider how large that area would be on your piece of paper to give an approximate idea of the actual size of that particular stencil design. That way you wont be buying a set of stencils that are too small for your needs. There are 2 sets of 40 different stencils with many of those stencils having 2-3 different designs on a stencil, so you will get a huge number of designs. If you can use small stencil designs, this set is a fantastic buy. It is a set of craft items that can be used for so many things. You never know, going through your assortment of craft supplies a few years from now, you could come across this set and realize it would be perfect for a current project. I not only recommend this set if it will work for your current project, I am seriously considering ordering the other 2 themed sets to have on hand for whatever and whenever future project can be. At the worst, you could add them to the kids craft supplies box.

They don't show their best ones in the pictures but plenty of choices. Fairly sturdy. And have hole in corner to put them on large binder ring.

These are cute and I love the variety. They tend to run a bit big for using on stationary cards, etc. I used them as an outline template for scratch off cards. They are a bit flimsy for that purpose, but will work if you are careful. I can see these working pretty well for acrylic paints and material that tends to not run.
