A23 = 12v of power

The A23 batteries I received measured 12.9v with my digital meter. They work perfectly in my remotes. The price of these batteries from Eastar is significantly lower than other A23 name brand batteries found in the big-box stores. I ordered a 6 pack, and have 4 of them inuse already in my door openers. The question with any battery is the life cycle. So this is my plan; if they fail or give me any issues this year (2024) I will update my review, otherwise they are living up to Eastar's "More energy, longer life" slogan as listed o the package.

Good quality batteries

I've used these for a few electronics projects that use 12V LEDs. There are several 3D printable projects that use 12V LEDs and using these instead of a wall power supply is nice so they can be portable, or to get rid of the wires.

These are definitely worth a try

These EASTAR 23A 12V batteries are pretty reliable for high-powered devices. I use them for my ceiling fan remotes and garage door openers, and they work perfectly. They seem to last longer than other brands I've tried, which is great because I hate changing batteries too often. With a pack of six, I don't have to worry about running out anytime soon. If you're looking for long-lasting batteries for small devices around the house, these are definitely worth a try.

Cannot rate longevity but they seem fine.

These EASTAR 23A cells are a great value compared to the same size name brand. We use these to power the remotes to our ceiling fans and they seem to work as well as the more expensive ones did. They have only been in the remote about a month and so far there are no problems with them. I hope they live up to the claims of being long-lasting, as the expiration date on the package is 2033.

Fresh pack of batteries! ****** UPDATE ******** They die prematurely!

2024-03-01 Update ----------------------------------------- The battery installed in my alarm remote is already dead! I tried to arm my car alarm and failed, the remote had no power. This is unacceptable for a battery that normally should last over several years, to expire in less than 2 months of little use. These batteries are of poor quality or capacity. Can't recommend them! ------------------------------------------------------------------ Needed these to replace the power cell in my CodeAlarm security key fob remotes. I've had a tough time sourcing ones that weren't expired or near the end of their shelf life. These EASTAR 23A cells arrived with a expiration date of 2033. Excellent! Installing one into the remote brought it to life with normal operation and bright LED indicators. Full range too. A necessary battery for our modern convenience and security....this 6-pack is a good value, and they prove to be 100% capacity.
