Love this towel.use it on my 50 lb pit bull after a bath and really soaked up more water than regular towel. Always super convenient loop to hang to dry which is nice as well. I toss it in the car when going on a hike - especially in places I know she may jump in the stream. Makes drying her off before letting her in the car a breeze!!! Also great price for quality! Easy to toss in the washer to clean as well. Highly recommend!!

A thousand times yes!

When I first unpacked this, I laid it on the floor to off-gas. It didn't need it, as there was no noticeable smell, but I figured it wouldn't hurt. About an hour later, I found my dog napping on this towel! It's incredibly thick, plush, and feels like a nice cozy bathmat. So, he loved it right away! I've used it several times now to dry my long-haired dog off after rain walks and it's extremely effective. No towel or cloth will ever dry a dog *completely*, but this one does a great job at absorbing most of the excess water in his long fur. The shape of this towel is perfect for drying off a dog--it's ergonomically comfortable, is a good size, doesn't slip off my hands, and makes our dry-off sessions feel more like cuddle sessions. He doesn't love pure cotton towels like I do, so drying him off with regular towels never made him very happy. Now that I have this towel, he actually comes to me to be dried off instead of running off as soon as I remove his leash and harness. I also really like the color. It's sort of a muted peach, not a weird bright color that clashes with my decor. It dries quickly when I hang it over my shower bar, which is a bonus, as I often have to use it multiple times per day. I'm very pleased with this towel.
