Every paint pen worked really well

I've gone through a lot of different sets of paint pens of various colors and sizes and I needed some fine detail black and white's for a couple projects I was working on. The paint came out as you'd expect/hope without it pouring out or drying up. The colors were bold and the lines came out thin which is what I was hoping for. I would purchase these again.

Can be used on all painting surfaces

Been using these painting pens on Paint by Number canvases and it truly helps since you can do detailed features and do it faster than with small brushes.

Great for detail

Make nice opaque lines and no need for second coat. They are great for writing as the point is firm. If the surface is not smooth you have to be careful about splatter when it catches but overall works great.

easy to use

easy to use and looks great on a finished product. It does however take some time to fully dry. Recommend to put some on a sample so you can tell when your project has completely dried before risking a smear on your finished product. I don't know how it wears yet however,

Cheap and not worth the money!

I needed some fine tip acrylic pens for outlining and detail work, and I thought the price was good, so I tried these. They don't work well at all! They take a lot of shaking and tip pressing to start the flow, and the paint eventually comes out at first in a blob, so don't do this over your work! After that, they work OK, but everytime I set the pen down for a couple of minutes, I had to repeat the shaking and tip pressing with the blob of paint coming out to get it working again. And the next time I used the pens, about a week later, they wouldn't work at all, so I'm not sure if the paint was all gone, or had dried up inside the pens! Since I got 6 pens, I was able to open two more, but it was the same thing all over again with these. Would not buy again!
