Plain and simple, this is a bag filled with charcoal. However, this bag filled with charcoal is crafted in such a way that lets it stand up and present a pretty graphic including flowers. The bag is made of a lilac colored woven fabric, sewn together quite well. Its wider at the bottom and carries most of its weight there, which allows it to stand upright. There are no holes or zippered compartments. Its completely sewn shut. It feels like the charcoal pellets or granules are relatively large. They feel crunchy when you squeeze the bag. The bag is also lightweight. It does take some time for the charcoal in this bag to work, but it can eliminate most if not all of the bad odors in the vicinity in which you place it. However, it depends on how much odor is present. Charcoal can only go so far. It says you can recharge it in the sun. I havent tried this yet, but I will when I sense its starting to not work well. I had this in my closet by my shoes for a few days, and the odor of feet, rubber, and synthetic materials is no longer existent. Not that it was very poignant before, but I cannot smell anything now. I really like that something as simple as a bag filled with charcoal can eliminate odors. I never liked spraying air freshener or using scents to cover up bad smells. Its so easy just to throw this in a closet, car, or bag and let it do its job. Its also pleasant to look at.

Mine arrived in a ziplock bag. No outer packaging, no company name/logo, nothing, so I can only assume it was a return. Im not able to return items on Vine so I may try it out or may toss it, given the fact that I have no idea where this thing has been. Cant attest to its effectiveness other than the fact that it apparently didnt work for the person who got it first.

This Activated Charcoal Odor Absorber Bag works and it looks great while doing it's job. It actually looks like a makeup bag, so looks adorable placed on my floor by my standalone closet in my bedroom. I thought that this bag would have an opening but it is stiched up all around. I have pets that like to linger by my area rug in my room and I would like to keep my area rug smelling fresh. I went away for the weekend and the usual pet odors disappeared when I reurned. I'm estatic about this. I need to move this near the litter box! It's good for up to 2 years. I just have to place it under sun to re-activate the charcoal. I like this concept of this type of odor control and I would like to see more of these in different colors.

I recently quit smoking and needed to tackle the lingering smoke smell in my car. The CallaBurst absorber bag has been helpful. The bag feels like it's made from recycled paper tote materialsomewhat sturdy and durable. You can feel the large chunks of charcoal inside. Its about the size of a small purse and fits well in my car. After a few days, the smoke odor was noticeably reduced, however, the odor wasn't completely eliminated. Obviously, it is not going to scrub the smoke residue out of my car, so the smell will always be present. Overall, it's a decent solution for improving air quality.
