Acuvar Universal Tablet Tripod Mount and Universal Smartphone Mount Holder for All Smartphones and Tablets (10) Tablet Mount + Ball Head...

In theory, I like the design of the tablet holder in this set. I like that you can slide the holder out easily, and that it has a switch to lock and unlock it. (Other ones I've gotten require a lot of force to pull them open, which is super awkward when trying to also get the tablet in there.) But it doesn't quite work with my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, 11") because with its case on, it's slightly taller than is convenient to get it into the mount. It will go, but I have to kind of force it into place, which is annoying and probably not good for the case. If I take the case off, the tablet is too thin and just slides right out of the holder. The ball head seems pretty good, though. It has a quick release button that works well, and I like that it has a level built in. The ball head rotates and can lock in place securely. There's not much to say about it other than that it works and is convenient to use!

This works great for both my Samsung tablet and my Samsung phone - but I have to take the cases off, which worries me because the cases are on to protect them from fall damage. Other than that, I have no complaints. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and doesn't require any force. I've only used it 3 times so I don't know how durable or long-lasting it is, but it did the job perfectly well each time. Make sure to read other reviews and look at pics before purchasing! Worth the money simple and good value for money

I ordered this to be able to mount my phone and tablets on a tripod I already have. The product includes two parts: A bracket that's supposedly "universal" to hold a device and a ball mount to fit between the bracket and a (not included) tripod or selfie stick. The bracket will not close small enough to hold my iPhone or open large enough to hold either of my iPads. The screw base on the ball mount is compatible with my tripod and works OK to give a little easier tilt control with my own bracket. It has a built-in level, a nice feature. This product doesn't represent a good value to me when only half of it works as described.

I attached this to a microphone boom stand so that I could read from my tablet in bed more comfortably. For this purpose it works perfectly! The tablet mount is plastic but seems to be well constructed. The ball swivel is actually metal, which surprised me, and seems quite durable. The only downside of this setup is that even my low-profile tablet case was too thick, I had to remove my Fire tablet from the case to get it to fit into the mount.
